Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing how businesses operate, communicate, market, and serve customers. This interactive workshop is designed to help business leaders move beyond the hype and begin using AI as a practical tool to improve productivity, strengthen decision-making, and solve real business challenges. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of artificial intelligence, explore how AI can serve as a collaborative partner rather than a replacement for human expertise, and learn how organizations are successfully applying AI across key business functions. The session will also introduce practical prompting techniques that help users generate higher-quality results and maximize the value of AI tools. Through hands-on exercises and guided discussion, participants will begin developing an AI Action Plan tailored to their own business needs. Whether you are new to AI or looking to expand your current use of AI tools, this session will provide practical strategies and immediately applicable insights. To get the most from this training: • Come prepared to participate and collaborate with fellow attendees. • Bring questions and think about opportunities or challenges within your business. • Stay curious and open-minded. AI is evolving rapidly, and this session is designed to encourage exploration, experimentation, and continuous learning. No technical background is required.
