Legacy Longview Title Opens in Longview, Celebrating Local Roots and a Commitment to Exceptional Service

LONGVIEW, TEXAS — A new name in title services is bringing together local experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and a deep appreciation for the generations who helped build East Texas.

Legacy Longview Title, located at 2208 Judson Road, is proud to announce its opening under the leadership of managing partner Staci Killingsworth and founding partner Julie Woods.

The locally owned title company was established with a shared vision of providing exceptional closing experiences through personal relationships, professional expertise, and a genuine commitment to serving others.

For Killingsworth and Woods, the name Legacy carries a meaning far beyond the business itself.

Both women credit the courage, hard work, and entrepreneurial spirit of the generations before them for helping shape their own paths. Their belief that we stand on the shoulders of those who came before us is reflected throughout the company, including a special tribute wall in their office honoring family members whose determination and dedication helped pave the way.

"Legacy is about remembering where we came from, appreciating those who made our opportunities possible, and being intentional about what we leave behind," said Woods. "We wanted to build a company that honors those values while creating something meaningful for the people and community we serve."

Killingsworth, who serves as managing partner, brings extensive legal experience and knowledge of title-related matters to the company. She previously worked with Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP, a national law firm specializing in the collection of delinquent government receivables. Her background provides valuable experience in real property matters, legal research, and the complexities that can arise in real estate transactions.

In addition to her leadership at Legacy Longview Title, Killingsworth is establishing Killingsworth Law Firm, an independent law practice dedicated to serving the legal needs of the local community.

Woods, founding partner of Legacy Longview Title, is a longtime East Texas entrepreneur and real estate professional. She is the broker and owner of Julie Woods & Associates Real Estate Firm, which she founded in 2010. She also co-owns Brogoitti Construction with her father, Randy Brogoitti, and brother, Clint Brogoitti, continuing a family tradition of entrepreneurship and investment in East Texas.

Together, Killingsworth and Woods share a commitment to building lasting relationships, supporting the local economy, and creating a business where people feel genuinely valued.
