We offer both in-person and telemedicine appointments—with telemedicine available statewide across Texas—making it easier than ever to receive high-quality, evidence-based care wherever you are.
LuckyCharm Primary Care proudly accepts Medicare and major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, and CHAMPVA, as well as self-pay options. For patients seeking a more personalized and affordable approach, we also offer Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership plans, providing unlimited access and continuity of care without the hassle of insurance billing.
Our clinic is temporarily located at 1000 N High St, Suite 21, Longview, TX 75601, within the Lab on High Street. Our permanent location at 3521 N Fourth Street is currently under construction, with an anticipated opening in the near future.
