The Longview Chamber of Commerce is excited to celebrate the grand opening of the Pine Tree High School Skilled Trades Center! Join us on January 30, 2026, at 900 Northwest Drive, Longview TX 75604 as we officially open this new addition to Pine Tree ISD. Made possible through the 2023 Bond Referendum, the Skilled Trades Center will house Pine Tree’s automotive, carpentry, and welding programs, providing students with expanded space to learn high-demand, hands-on skills. The new facility features three classrooms, a customer-facing service counter in the automotive lab, ample indoor and outdoor storage, and 1.5 times more workspace than the district’s current shop facilities. The Skilled Trades Center represents Pine Tree ISD’s continued investment in preparing students for success in the workforce while strengthening partnerships with local industry.
