RISE Leadership Development invites business owners and key managers to Beyond the Bottom Line, an interactive workshop exploring how PEOPLE, CULTURE, and NUMBERS work together to influence business success.

Our theme is Alignment Before Acceleration—because sometimes the answer isn't working harder. It's understanding what needs to change.

What will we explore?

🔹 PEOPLE: Understanding different personalities, improving communication, and recognizing opportunities for leadership growth.

🔹 CULTURE: Identifying the characteristics of a healthy workplace and understanding how culture influences performance.

🔹 NUMBERS: Knowing which financial reports to request, what questions to ask, and how to use the information to make better decisions.

And don't let the word "numbers" scare you away! We won't bury you in accounting jargon. We'll even tackle questions like, "How do I know whether a negative number is good or bad?"

Participants will leave with a leadership self-assessment, practical communication techniques, and ideas for strengthening workplace culture.

We've intentionally kept registration at just $12 because we believe opportunities to learn, grow, and strengthen your business should be accessible to organizations of all sizes.
