Workshop: Practical Innovation & AI for East Texas Leaders

Innovation is changing quickly, and AI is now part of how leading organizations move ideas to market.

On May 13, we are hosting Chad McAllister at LeTourneau University for a hands-on workshop focused on practical innovation and the real-world application of AI tools.

Chad has helped product leaders at organizations such as Microsoft, FedEx, Cisco, Cummins, John Deere, and Clorox turn ideas into successful, market-ready solutions. This session is designed specifically for business leaders, engineers, and product teams who need to deliver results.

During the workshop, participants will learn how to:

• Apply Design Thinking to uncover real customer needs
• Use Jobs to be Done to strengthen product and service strategy
• Leverage the Business Model Canvas to evaluate ideas quickly
• Use AI tools to accelerate insight, ideation, and decision making
• Reduce risk and move from concept to execution more effectively

This is not a theoretical session. Participants will leave with tools and approaches they can apply immediately within their organization.
