The InterCity Trip is a curated learning experience designed for business and community leaders who want to better understand how other regions are solving the same challenges we face here at home.

Each trip takes a small delegation to a peer community that has demonstrated progress in key areas such as workforce development, economic growth, downtown revitalization, housing, talent attraction, and regional collaboration. These are not sightseeing tours. They are intentionally built, working trips.

Participants meet directly with local leaders, business executives, elected officials, educators, healthcare leaders, and nonprofit partners to explore what’s working, what didn’t, and what lessons can be adapted locally.
