Celebrating 40 Years of Service: Longview Community Ministries Ribbon Cutting Longview Community Ministries (LCM) is proud to commemorate four decades of compassionate service to the Longview community. Since its founding in 1985, LCM has been a steadfast partner in addressing the needs of individuals and families facing temporary setbacks. Through programs like Meals With Love, emergency food assistance, utility and rent support, and a free dental clinic, LCM has touched countless lives with dignity and respect. To mark this significant milestone, LCM invites members of the Longview Chamber of Commerce and the public to join them for a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday, September 30, 2025, at 11:30 AM. The event will take place at their headquarters: 506 N. Second St., Longview, TX 75601 Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about LCM's impactful programs, meet the dedicated staff and volunteers, and celebrate the organization's ongoing commitment to serving the community.
